Revive Your Spirit
What is the meaning of Ananda?
One of the highest states of being, bliss.

Our Focus
We believe that emotional disharmony comes from the reactive mind, and is the root cause of most physical dysfunction. Trauma from our earlier years shows up as repetitive unconscious patterns, which remain the driver of our vehicle until we compassionately look at and clear the patterns. Through treating emotions and trauma, we can become aware of how our thoughts effect our behavior, and then make different choices that change the dynamic of our lives, and allow ease into our journey.
We can address physical body symptoms such as fertility, PMS and menstrual pain, hot flashes, anxiety and depression, fatigue, lack of focus and attention, sensory processing dysfunction, muscle and soft tissue pain, sleep disturbances and insomnia, stress and tension, digestive disorders, autoimmune dysfunction, adrenal fatigue, allergies, well as chronic inflammation and pain.
Our goal is to facilitate a strong partnership with each person's individual process and provide them with the tools necessary to continue on a path of self-actualization.

Our Team

Our goal is to offer a sacred, loving environment, which allows for the natural unfolding of healing. We will set no expectation on how the process unfolds, all we ask for in return is your commitment to the process of healing.
You will not be asked to participate in care that is not correct for you, as it is our intention to empower your inner authority to make correct decisions for your personal path towards well-being.
We live in a society with homogenized belief systems around how we ‘should’ be thinking, acting and doing.
We hope that through the process of therapy that you will be able to uncover your inner truth and your inner knowing of your personal path, and authentically
walk your truth.
We also commit to you that we are participating in our own journey of
self-healing and self-care, so that we can be present and neutral for you whenever you walk through the door. We welcome all walks of life and place no judgment on what is correct for you.
Our Promise

Our Mission
"IF YOU WISH TO UNTIE A KNOT, YOU MUST FIRST FIND OUT HOW THE KNOT WAS TIED. FOR HE WHO KNOWS THE ORIGIN OF THINGS ALSO KNOWS THEIR DISSOLUTION."
- Buddha to his disciple Ananda
Our mission at Ananda is to provide a sacred space in which to ignite and balance the divine feminine traits with the masculine, connecting and guiding the differentiated self to the soul core, and thereby driving our potential to empower our inner authority, harmonize our emotions, and serve our greater purpose.

We are a collective of practitioners focusing on collaborative efforts to deliver high quality and intimate care; co-creating a space of safety and empowerment for our patients, practitioners and staff. It is our desire to awaken the Divine Feminine energy in ourselves and the community to bring peace, healing and abundance to the planet.
Divine Feminine is grounded in the awakening of the feminine traits of creation, intuition, receptivity, nurturing, community, sensuality, empathy and collaboration. The purpose is to meld and balance with the Divine Masculine traits of gentle strength, honor, honesty, diplomacy, confidence, adventure, action and protection.
Regardless of gender, consciousness is divided between the masculine and feminine traits, and we need to harmonize both to achieve our highest creative potential.
Divine Feminine Healing
Our Space
Ananda offers private rooms in a quiet and restorative environment. We also offers a community space where we hold circles, sound healing, and workshops. .

“What is good for nature is good for humanity, what is good for one is good for all, what is good for the mind is good for the body. Hence, to harm a part is to harm the whole. What is bad for the heart is bad for the body, what damages one person damages all people, what injures the earth injures me. Conversely, to restore and preserve the health of one body and mind is to foster the well-being of the whole, the earth and
all life upon it.”
